At Diamante Custom Homes, we know that we are ultimately providing a service to our clients and I might add at the highest level! Over the past 21 years, we have been constantly and consistently analyzing how to be better and what was most important to our clients.
So what are we specifically doing about “Our Service?”
Communications. We have realized that the most important aspect of customer service is communications. We have increased our communications to weekly job site meetings, video and email progress reports, and real time weekly project picture galleries.
Adherence to Schedules. We realize that every single one of our clients are busy and cannot afford to consistently watch all aspects of the job. We have been utilizing an upgraded project scheduling software that updates the schedule in real time when, for example, there is a weather delay or material back order. Our clients know day in and day out what is happening on the job, even if they are out of town and anywhere they have internet access.
Budgets. Our unique Design Build process focuses strictly on the budget. Because we form the team up front, everyone knows the square footage and budget targets. Every time we sketch a project revision we have the “reality check” to let you know where we stand as it relates to the budget. Our process does not have the typical disconnect between builder and architect, there are no egos involved just a streamlined approach.
The last, but certainly not least aspect of our service is “integrity.” We will never over promise and we will always communicate every step of the design and build process. We will stay on top of project budgets and schedules. Our goal is “no surprises” so we eliminate them by communicating openly, frequently, and honestly.
