Diamante Luxury Homes, LLC. seeks an Internet/Online Sales Concierge to manage all aspects of online sales for our operations in South Texas. This position will be based in San Antonio, TX.

Primary job responsibilities:
- Respond to all e-mail and phone leads immediately
- Qualify leads based on needs
- Provide consistent follow-up to online prospects to facilitate appointments with our Sales team
- Provide information and marketing material to prospects
- Help prospects determine the best community and floor plan for their needs
- Utilize lead-management software, Live Chat, and other web-based tools
- Work with our Marketing Business Analyst to track and report conversion statistics
- Plan e-mail campaigns with our Sales team
- Continually provide nurture e-mails and phone calls to prospects
We seek a customer-focused and personable individual with:
A proven track record of two to five years in internet-based sales and marketing in a real estate environment
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience using sales contact management databases
- Solid planning and multi-tasking skills
- The ability and inclination to work with mobile communication devices
- Weekend availability is required
- A four-year degree (preferred)
- Experience in new home sales (preferred)
